The Trio was born in 2013 when 80% of the estate fruit was lost to frost. Salvaging what remained, a beautiful combination of our aromatic varieties was created & cherished.

Fermented in vat and matured on it gross lees for twelve months. The Trio seeks to celebrate the key aspects of each specific growing season through its three grape varieties of Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Muscat. A textural white wine with a classic Brennan seam of bright minerality, showing aromatics of pear, honey and white peach. Filtered and off Dry at 12.5% Alcohol.
