Vintage release
A rear opportunity to look at aged premium wine from Central Otago.
Not unlike the growing conditions of the 2026 season, extended cooler conditions in spring produced small bunches with fewer berries, the season remianed and prolonged the maturation cycle pushing harvest into later months. The small berries resulted in high skin to juice ratios which produced complex well structed wines with alot of concentration.
The same concentration of primary flavours in its youth now provides a concentration of secondary characters not found in any of our other wines. This paves the way for a variation on the typical cusine you might match with youthful Gibbston Pinot Noirs.
