We love to showcase our vintage wines, the stunning characters that develop with age are often out of reach for those without sufficient space and conditions for cellaring. Here we do the work for you.

Fermented in open-top vat and matured on lees for twelve months in French oak barrels. 20% whole cluster fermentation elevates  what is a quintessential Gibbston aromatic profile.  The Brennan Pinot Noir is a blend derived from five vineyard blocks, where the winemakers are focusing, above all, on mouth feel and texture. Cherry and strawberry over pepper, spice and mocha help form the long, mellow and savoury finish of this wine. Un-fined and Un-filtered.

2015 had a cooler than normal start to the growing season with frost fighting throughout November. Followed by a very dry three months that ended with mid-harvest snowfall. We were thrilled with the quality of the fruit that came into the winery – we just wish there could have been more of it.
