With vines over thirty years in age and plantings covering just half a hectare in size, our annual Chardonnay bottlings are scarce and loved by many in the district.
Fermented and matured in chestnut and oak barrels, on lees for twelve months we seek to express the balance between our site and our winemaking craftmanship.
The 2023 Chardonnay shows additional texture and body, Stone fruits, poached pear and lemon curd biscuit on the palate are supported by a luscious crisp acidity.
