Our Blanc de Noir is crafted from carefully selected parcels of estate Pinot Noir. Using only free run juice from the press, minimal skin contact and lees stirring, this unique expression of Pinot Noir shows a wine with delicate fragrances followed by a palate full of complexity and texture. This elegant presentation of Pinot Noir allows the more subtle layers of the variety to shine through a long viscous finish. Dry in style at 13.5% alcohol.
