2014 Brennan Chardonnay

Brennan’s first ever Chardonnay; this wine shows off balance between clean minerality and bright acidity, with a rounded texture from malolactic fermentation. Notes of flint, wet stone and olive lead to a smoky, brioche finish. Pair with Bluff oysters.
