The Brennan Vineyards are situated in the dramatic Gibbston sub-region of Central Otago, New Zealand. Sean Brennan launched the label with the intention of producing limited quantities of iconic, aged wines that truly represent the potential of this exceptional wine region. It's our indulgence and we'd like to share it with you...
We offer a range of Pinot Noir vintages, currently 2010-2014. We pride ourselves on holding on to our top Pinot Noirs for 2-3 years minimum to allow you to taste these wines as they develop in bottle.
We also produce:
Pinot Grigio (the only one in the region)
Rosé (a Pinot Noir Rose and a Tempranillo)
Tempranillo (one of two in the region) and
Trio (our unique Aromatic blend )
Our Brennan B2 Pinot Noir has received many accolades over the last five years.
The 2010 B2 Pinot Noir won the New World Wine Awards - Gold Medal. The 2011 vintage was Champion NZ Pinot Noir at the Royal Easter Show in Auckland before it went on to win best Pinot Noir at the International Wine Challenge in London, and it was also named as "Red Wine of the Year" at the 2013 International Wine Challenge awards ceremony in London. The 2013 vintage received four gold medals and it then went onto the International Wine Challenge and was awarded Trophies for "Best Gibbston Pinot Noir" and "Best Central Otago Pinot Noir"
We have recently released our 2014 B2 Pinot Noir. We are very proud of this wine and are just starting to show it both at the Cellar Door and in competitions. We believe it will continue in the tradition of previous vintages and will be a hit with visitors to the cellar door and wine judges alike.

We stay away from debates on string theory or quantum mechanics but even the physicists (and Penny) agree about great wine.
